FITNESS KICKBOXING
​​Test your limits and learn the basics of boxing with a twist. Shed off the excess fat with circuit based boxing techniques and take out your aggressions on the punching bag!
Don't just go to a boxing class to get 'bagged', learn something new - correctly, to minimize injury and kick some ass the right way!
Classes are every tuesday and thursday at 7p-8p. Don't have your own gloves? Not a problem - we have a few pairs stocked to ensure everyone gets a chance to get fit, get crazy and have fun! Maximum 6 people per class!

TRX CHALLENGE
​​The TRX suspension training system uses your bodyweight to strengthen your core, upper body, lower body and balance. No need for free weights or machines - these functional trainers will get you stronger, leaner and better than ever before!
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 6p-7p. Limited spots are available! Maximum 8 people per class. Pre-register today!

LUNCHTIME BOOTCAMP
​​Sometimes the only time you have to get a quick sweat in is during your lunch break! If that's the only time... come on down to Acceleration Fitness Center and burn off some calories! Use all the toys in only 45 min - kettlebells, TRX, battling ropes, sledgehammers and so much more! Non-stop sweating, hard work and fun!
Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12p-1245p. Limited spots are available! Maximum 10 people per class. Pre-register today!
